1. Risk warning

Trading forex, gold (XAUUSD), indices, commodities, and other derivative products with leverage carries high risk and is not suitable for everyone. You may lose some or all of your capital, and losses can occur quickly. Do not trade with funds you are not prepared to lose.

All AlgoKita products, content, and services are software and educational information. None of it is investment advice, a recommendation to buy or sell any instrument, a solicitation to invest, or a trading signal. AlgoKita is not a futures broker, not a futures advisor, and does not collect or manage client funds.

3. Backtest and past performance

Backtest results are simulations over historical data and have limitations, including data quality, spread, slippage, execution, and differences between brokers. Neither backtest results nor past live performance do not guarantee future results. We do not promise any particular profit, winrate, or rate of return.

4. User responsibility

• The decision to use an EA, lot and risk settings, broker selection, and all consequences thereof are entirely the user's responsibility.
• Test every EA on a demo account first.
• Use a futures broker registered and supervised by Bappebti.
• Monitor the EA regularly. Connection, VPS, platform, or broker disruptions can affect results.

5. EA product license draft

The license terms for paid EAs (number of accounts, real/demo accounts, validity period, updates, and support) are set per product and listed on the EA page. Unless stated otherwise, the license is personal, non-transferable, and does not include the right to resell or share the EA files. Free EAs are provided "as is" without any warranty.

6. EA development service draft

Scope of work, fees, estimated timeline, number of revisions, payment milestones, bug-fix warranty period, and source code delivery are set out in a written quote agreed by both parties before work begins. "Bug" means EA behavior that does not match the written specification. Trading results that fall short of expectations are not a bug. We only modify EAs whose source code is lawfully owned by the client.

7. Payment & refunds draft

Official payment methods and refund policy have not been set and will be listed here before sales open. Only make payments to the destination listed on this official site.

8. Privacy

This site does not use user accounts, tracking cookies, or forms that store data on our servers. The contact form only composes a message in your browser and then opens it in WhatsApp or your chosen email app. Data you send through those channels is used only to respond to your request and is not sold to other parties.

9. Intellectual property

The AlgoKita name, logo, text, and software are protected by law. Copying, reselling, or distributing the products without written permission is prohibited. The names MetaTrader, MT4, and MT5 belong to their respective owners. AlgoKita is not affiliated with MetaQuotes.
